Mighty Heart

A shadowy multinational organization, whose representatives come dressed in odd robotic uniforms, aims to exploit the world. The actors refer to each other using the character’s nickname “Phantom.” One of their representatives, Tenkawa Toichi, is disguised as an average high school student in the form of a largely normal boy. One day a fresh new transfer student emerges who is beautiful but not interested in relationships or sexual encounters. She is the last line of protection against the evil army. When risk cannot be otherwise stopped, she turns into the Angel of Judgment. …that is so frail she is battered to within an inch of her life every time. But her true strength lies in what happens every time she encounters a state of intense shyness: at the height of her humiliation, she releases the “mighty beam,” a terrific device that can hit (but only when she also cries!) a destructive power equal to 1 ton of TNT. She uses her novelty as a final attack in almost every battle.
